1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or making use of any service provided by pk76 (the "Platform"), you ("the Player," "User," or "You") unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), the Privacy Policy, and any other rules, policies, or guidelines published on the pk76 platform from time to time. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between You and pk76.

If You do not agree with any part of these Terms, You must immediately cease use of the pk76 platform and close any account held with pk76. Your continued use of the platform following any update or amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility & Age Verification

To register and play on pk76, You must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

• You are at least eighteen (18) years of age;
• You are not excluded from gambling by any self-exclusion programme, court order, or regulatory directive;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or proxy for a third party;
• You have verified that online gambling is not prohibited by the laws of the jurisdiction in which you are located or resident;
• You are not depositing funds derived from illegal activity.

pk76 does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law. It is the User's sole responsibility to determine whether their use of the platform is lawful. pk76 makes no representation that the platform is legal in any particular jurisdiction.

3. Account Registration & Management

3.1 Account Creation

Each individual may register only one (1) pk76 account. Duplicate accounts — including accounts registered under different names, mobile numbers, or payment methods by the same individual — are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance held across all accounts.

When registering, You must provide accurate, complete, and current information. pk76 relies on the accuracy of registration information for identity verification, fraud prevention, and responsible gaming obligations. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk76 login credentials. pk76 will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or any messaging platform. Any activity conducted through your account while logged in is your responsibility, regardless of whether You personally conducted that activity. If You suspect unauthorised access to your account, You must notify pk76 immediately and change your password.

3.3 Account Verification

pk76 may, at any time and for any reason, require You to submit identity verification documents (including but not limited to a valid CNIC, passport, or utility bill) before processing withdrawals, releasing bonus funds, or continuing account access. This is a standard anti-money laundering and know-your-customer requirement applicable to all pk76 account holders.

3.4 Account Closure

You may request closure of your pk76 account at any time by contacting pk76 support. Any outstanding verified balance at the time of closure will be paid out to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any applicable verification requirements and satisfaction of outstanding wagering obligations.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

pk76 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods available to Pakistani players: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Bank Alfalah transfer, debit card (where supported), USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency, UnionPay, and Visa. Payment method availability may vary and is subject to change without notice.

4.2 Deposit Terms

All deposits must be made from payment accounts held in the name of the registered pk76 account holder. Third-party deposits are not permitted. pk76 reserves the right to return deposits made from unverified sources and to suspend accounts where payment irregularities are identified.

Minimum deposit amounts apply per payment method. pk76 does not charge deposit fees, however your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees for which pk76 bears no responsibility.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, wherever technically possible. pk76 may require identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals subject to outstanding wagering requirements from active bonus balances will not be processed until such requirements are met in full.

pk76 reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that exceed defined thresholds or that trigger automated fraud detection systems. Processing times vary by payment method.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on the pk76 platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Where a player deposits in an alternative currency or via USDT, the conversion to PKR is applied at the prevailing rate at the time of the transaction. pk76 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations between deposit and withdrawal.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

pk76 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits are subject to the following general conditions, supplemented by specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to players aged 18 and above who hold a valid, verified pk76 account;
• Each promotion is subject to a wagering requirement (playthrough requirement) that must be satisfied before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn;
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable as cash until wagering requirements are met;
• pk76 reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotion at any time without prior notice;

6. Rules of Play

All casino games, live dealer games, sports betting markets, and other wagering activities available on pk76 are governed by game-specific rules accessible within each respective game or betting market. General rules of play applicable across the pk76 platform include:

• All bets placed and confirmed are final. pk76 will not cancel or reverse a settled bet except where there has been a manifest technical error or where pk76 determines that the bet was placed in circumstances that constitute prohibited conduct under these Terms;
• In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game session, the outcome of the round as recorded by pk76's certified servers is authoritative;
• Where game outcome is disputed, pk76's transaction logs, RNG records, and game history constitute the definitive record;
• Sports betting odds are subject to change at any time prior to the bet being confirmed. The odds displayed at confirmation are the final odds for that wager;
• pk76 reserves the right to void bets placed on events subject to obvious pricing errors.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pk76 platform. Breach of any of these provisions constitutes a material violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to appropriate authorities:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own identity or a false identity;
• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated system to interact with the pk76 platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or pricing errors for financial gain;
• Engaging in collusion with other players in live dealer or poker games;
• Depositing or wagering funds derived from criminal activity;
• Providing false identity documentation or misrepresenting your age;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically access pk76 platform data;
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive conduct toward pk76 staff or other players;
• Using the pk76 platform from a jurisdiction where such use is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.

8. Responsible Gaming

pk76 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all players. The following responsible gaming tools are available to every pk76 account holder:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases take effect after a cooling-off period;

• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or a custom period;

9. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any pk76 intellectual property without prior written consent from pk76. Unauthorised use constitutes a breach of these Terms and may give rise to legal liability.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk76 shall not be liable to You for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

pk76's total aggregate liability to You for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by You to pk76 in the ninety (90) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pk76 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Where service interruptions occur, pk76 will use reasonable endeavours to restore service promptly but accepts no liability for losses incurred during periods of unavailability.

11. Amendments to These Terms

pk76 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they significantly affect player rights or obligations — pk76 will notify registered players via email or in-account notification at least fourteen (14) days prior to the amended Terms taking effect, unless the amendment is required by applicable law or regulation, in which case it may take effect immediately.

Your continued use of the pk76 platform following the notification period constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms. If You do not accept the amended Terms, You must cease use of the platform and request account closure before the amended Terms take effect.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the laws relevant to pk76's operating jurisdiction. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights as a consumer under the mandatory consumer protection laws of Pakistan where applicable.

In the event of a dispute between You and pk76 arising from these Terms or your use of the platform, You must first raise the matter with pk76's customer support team in writing. pk76 will endeavour to resolve disputes within a reasonable time from receipt of a written complaint. If a dispute cannot be resolved through pk76's internal complaints procedure, You may refer the matter to any applicable alternative dispute resolution service.

pk76's decisions on game outcomes, bonus eligibility, account status, and withdrawal approvals are final, except where an error in pk76's systems is demonstrated by verifiable technical evidence.
